The Beginning...after the beginning, and that other beginning. Oh yeah, and then that one beginning.

I'm tired. Tired of wanting and not achieving. Tired of how I feel, physically and mentally. Tired of seeing myself in the mirror. And quite literally, I'm just TIRED! Today marks the umpteenth time at weight loss attempts. This time will be different, yadda, yadda, yah. Of course, I am hoping today marks my last beginning, but I am staying grounded. Once I say "This is It", I seem to self-sabotage myself at some point. So, instead of saying, "This is It", I'm going to say, "You go girl, you got this!"
